Reflexology
Reflexology is an holistic therapy that treats the body as a whole and not just the presenting symptom(s) in isolation. It is a specific pressure technique that works the reflex points in the feet and hands that correspond to parts of the body helping to improve blood supply, blood circulation, nerve impulses and stimulating the body to heal itself.
Anyone can benefit from Reflexology, from young infants to the elderly, disabled and infirm. It is an effective form of treatment that can help with many conditions caused through the demanding and stressful lifestyles we try to lead.
